Refund & Return Policy

Damages & Issues

It is your responsibility to check this “Refund & Return Policy” page each time you order our products to ensure you are up to date with any changes or amendments.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

If you receive a damaged item, the issue must be reported to customer service at info@alexenglish.store within 72 hours of delivery to receive a replacement item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and exchanges are only for exact items purchased unless the item is no longer available. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Alex English Hall of Fame CBD Store. If for any reason you wish to return an item, refunds will be given for unopened and sealed product only, within 30 days of the product received date. To submit a refund request please contact us at info@alexenglish.store and wait for confirmation before returning any unopened or damaged product (s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we will happily provide you with a return label and instructions. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange it for another product, whichever you prefer. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
